How are linear, point or job prices managed?

Vous pouvez définir vos propres grilles tarifaires : au mètre, à la pièce, par zone ou par tâche. Add customized surcharges, discounts, packages or prices for a customer.

Does Hangers comply with NF525? Which newspapers are supplied?

Yes, the checkout is NF525 certified and has been every year since 2018. Vous disposez des journaux d’audit et d’inaltérabilité (clôtures, mouvements, corrections), exportables pour votre comptable et en cas de contrôle. RGPD anonymization is programmed for third-party data management (concierge services, Epad).

Can I cash in offline? What happens during the power cut and when the network is restored?

Yes. Hangers Pro continues to work in offline mode. Vous pouvez poursuivre la saisie et encaisser (espèces, et opérations autorisées par votre configuration). Actions that require the Internet (e-mails, SMS, online orders, exports, etc.) are simply put on hold. Please note: depending on your payment solution, some card transactions may require a connection.

On return from the network, data automatically resynchronizes (sales, inventory, journals) without double entry. Pending notifications (e.g. "It's ready") leave only if still relevant.

Continuity tip: in the event of an Internet outage, activate 4G/5G connection sharing. The iPad reconnects in seconds.

How does part marking and traceability work?

Each piece receives a durable label (wash/dry clean). Marking can include reservations and treatment instructions (e.g. stain removal). Do you let customers know when their retouching is ready?

Yes, you can send an SMS or e-mail automatically as soon as the order reaches the "ready" stage. Standard messages are included, depending on your license.

How do you keep track of subcontracting (cold/hot) and round-trips?

Configurable cold/hot points. Issue of a subcontracting voucher with QR code. Statutes + scans for secure round-trips.

I work for dry cleaners: can I link my purchase orders to their tickets?

Yes, you can associate your orders with an external identifier supplied by the dry cleaner (e.g. ticket number). If the dry cleaner uses Hangers, synchronization can even become automatic: their ticket directly creates your order. This avoids double data entry, while maintaining traceability and status.

Can I use the management space on the iPad?

Yes: Selfcare in Safari/Chrome synchronized in real time with the cash register. No interference; controlled permissions.
